Making Reservation with VNET HOLIDAYS is easy!
Just follow the 3 simple steps below:


Before you start...
Carefully study the item you wish to book;
Read and understand all the steps below;
Understand the terms and conditions;
Check if the item is no longer available.
Call 1-700-80-VNET(8638) during business hours to find out more if neccessary.
Please choose either using the (A)SMS method or (B)Online Form.


Step 1(A):
Send an SMS to 32088 as follow:

Step 2:
Make payment within 1 hour upon receiving our payment intstruction;
The item you booked will be RELEASED if payment not received in time;
Write your name and handphone on the bank-in slip;
Send the bank-in slip to our email at .


Step 3:
Receive our Reservation Confirmation via email on the next day before noon.
Print out the Reservation Confirmation and map attached in our email;
Present the Reservation Confirmation to the check-in office/ care-taker/
person-in-charge upon check-in.
Make balance payment upon check-in, if applicable.
