BOOKING PROCEDURE
Step 1
Select desired No. of nights and press the [PayNow] button, then follow instruction in Paypal and make due payment;
Step 2
We will reply via email and request your details as follows:
- Fullname as on your ID card
- ID/Passport number
- Mobilephone number
- Email address
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
Step 3
Comfirmation Slip will be sent via email when booking is successfully processed, usually within 1 working day.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By pressing the [PayNow] button and making payment for your booking, you indicate that you have read, understood, agreed and accepted our terms and conditions as follows:
Booking will be rejected (your payment will not be accepted as well) if made less than 7 working days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is 3:00pm
Check-out time is strictly 12:00pm
Refundable Security Deposit (RSD), varies between RM100 ~ RM300, is required before key collection.
Your payment is accepted only upon successful booking.
Refund is NOT allowed whatsoever for successful booking.
Postpone or any changes is NOT allowed within the 14 days prior to your arrival.
Approved postpone or changes will be charged RM200 as admin fee.
Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. You shall be responsible for all your decision made. NO complain and claim will be entertained.
